Andrew is a section leader in DBL Law’s Medical Liability group and a member of the firm’s Health Care practice group. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, mass torts and the defense of a diverse field of professionals in all areas of malpractice, professional negligence and professional misconduct. He is an experienced litigator in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Andrew represents corporations, institutions and individuals in complex tort actions, in multi-district litigation, and in a variety of regulatory matters before state licensing boards and administrative agencies.

Andrew has represented hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care and senior living facilities, as well as healthcare professionals throughout Indiana and Kentucky, and in multi-district litigation involving claims of medical device and pharmaceutical product liability. He has also defended professionals involved in regulatory complaints and grievances before various state licensing boards and administrative agencies.

Andrew obtained his J.D. from Saint Louis University, and received a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University. He resides in Louisville with his wife and four children.
